Hello, my name is Jaye Dehn and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, CYT, Reiki Master and I have had extensive training in Thailand in the art of Thai Massage.
I offer a holistic approach and your session will be designed for your unique needs. My intuitive touch and heartfelt presence enables me to customize each session, providing you with an overall restorative experience that helps your body and mind to relax, release, unwind and heal.
As a teacher and practitioner of yoga since 2006, I've had the opportunity to witness the strong connection between the mind and body and how decreasing stress with self-care positively affects an individual’s state of health and wellness. This awareness led me to become a massage therapist and bodyworker and I have gained the deepest respect for all types of therapeutic massage and how it promotes the body’s inherent healing abilities.

Thai Massage
Experience this amazing healing art. Thai massage is an ancient healing system that combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulation of energy lines and assisted yoga postures. No oils or lotions are used and the client wears comfortable clothing during session and it is recommended to have an empty stomach.

Yoga
Private yoga and/or meditation sessions are catered to each student’s distinctive needs and goals. Perfect for individuals or small groups who want to deepen or accelerate their practice.
